Welcome to St John Boste RC Primary School

We hope you find the information on our website useful and helpful in finding out more about our school and our aims.

A message from our Head Teacher

"I feel proud and privileged to be able to welcome you to our lovely school. Here at St John Boste we see ourselves as one big family, caring for our pupils in a friendly, secure and happy environment. We have a dedicated team of staff who work hard to provide a stimulating and engaging curriculum to ensure our pupils are given the best possible opportunities to succeed, whilst at the same time enjoying their learning.

Our pupils help make our school what it is; they always make us proud with their fantastic attitude towards their learning, their willingness and drive to do well, their enthusiasm when faced with new challenges and the way they treat others with care and respect.

Our parents and families also play an important part in the success of our school, and we highly value the support they consistently give to their children and the school community. I hope you enjoy your visit to our website.  If you would like to know more, just give us a call. Alternatively, you are welcome to call in – our door is always open!

Our School Vision

‘Each one of us is God’s work of art’

Our school will care for and nurture all our pupils through seeking out and developing the uniqueness of them all as made by God, enabling them to grow together in faith and develop to their full potential. In doing so, we strive to ensure that every pupil leaves St John Boste school having been challenged to always do their best using the talents, gifts and skills they have. We aim for every child to experience success, to have a sense of pride in themselves, in their achievements and in how they have contributed to the good of others.
