Here at St John Boste we see ourselves as one big family, caring for our pupils in a friendly, secure and happy environment. We have a dedicated team of staff who work hard to provide a stimulating and engaging curriculum to ensure our pupils are given the best possible opportunities to succeed, whilst at the same time enjoying their learning.

    Y6 Visit to the Mayor

    Our Year 6 children recently visited the Mayor of Sunderland, Cllr Doris MacKnight, at the Civic Centre in Sunderland. We enjoyed a tour of the Sunderland Council chamber, learned some interesting facts about the history of the city, and then we were even invited to the Mayor’s parlou
