Here at St John Boste we see ourselves as one big family, caring for our pupils in a friendly, secure and happy environment. We have a dedicated team of staff who work hard to provide a stimulating and engaging curriculum to ensure our pupils are given the best possible opportunities to succeed, whilst at the same time enjoying their learning.

Our pupils help make our school what it is; they always make us proud with their fantastic attitude towards their learning, their willingness and drive to do well, their enthusiasm when faced with new challenges and the way they treat others with care and respect. CAFOD Brighten Up cake sale

Our Mini Vinnies invited the school to wear bright clothing and a cake sale last week. We raised an AMAZING £346.50. Thank you very much for your contributions of cakes and continued support!       

Year 3 visit Elba Park

Elba Park 28.09.18 Year 3 went on a trip to Elba Park where we looked at the maps to find our way around the park. The children were able to identify where we were in the park by looking at the map. We stopped at the Miner’s Memorial to look at the history of where we live. Back

Fresh Fruit Thursday

Every Thursday the kitchen are having fruity Thursday’s. This includes fresh fruit, fruit salad, fruit yogurts, cheese, biscuits and raisins. We also have themed lunches as part of our school meals program, including Italian day and meat free day. Look out for extra theme days i
